Follow up inspection to inspection report #JCHY-CJMT2U - Facility has undergone renovation and added a new storage room. - Construction was found as per the approved floor plan. - All the food contact surfaces, walls, ceiling & floors were made of smooth, impervious and easy to clean material. - Designated storage room is equipped with shelving units and chest freezer. - At the time of inspection, no equipment or food products were observed in the back hallway. Operator has also posted a sign in the hallway reminding staff NOT to store any food products outside the facility. - Chest freezer was recorded at an ambient temperature of -18C. - 5 boxes of raw chicken noted during complaint follow-up have been discarded by the operator. NOTE - Operator stated that the proposed floor plans have been submitted to City of Surrey and the application is still under review. Please notify your district EHO if you plan on making any further changes to the floor plan. CLOSURE ORDER issued on September 26, 2022 has been rescinded.
