- No food was being prepared at time of inspection
- Hand sink supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Domestic dishwasher available for use
- All coolers were measured to be at or below 4C
- Freezer temperatures were satisfactory
- Refrigeration units equipped with accurate thermometers
- Food stored in pantry in organized manner
- Bleach available for sanitizing - ensure to prepare bleach solution when kitchen is in use by mixing 1 oz bleach with 1 gallon of water
- General sanitation satisfactory
- No signs of pests noted at time of inspection

Note: Mini cooler in office storage medication and milk for some clients needs to be defrosted soon. Ice is starting to build-up inside.
