Follow-up inspection conducted (from the routine on November 25, 2019). The following was noted: Issues from previous routine inspection have been fully addressed Can opener (downstairs) and dough presser (upstairs) is maintained in good sanitary condition Operator has purchased a vacuum sealer for the salmon. All pieces of salmon are well organized and individually sealed T-bar has been professionally installed over all food preparation areas in upstairs kitchen - excellent Thank you for your co-operation in promptly addressing the issues specified in the routine inspection.
