Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand washing station at back preparation area observed obstructed with a stand-up fan. Staff moved the fan during time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all designated hand washing stations are kept unobstructed to promote frequent hand washing by food handlers.

Observations:
- All coolers at or below 4'C
- All freezers at or below -19'C
- No hot-holding on site
- Thermometers available in cold-holding units
- Temperature logs are maintained - good!
- General sanitation satisfactory
- Hand washing stations supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Lactic acid sanitizer measured at 700 ppm lactic acid concentration with test strip
- Lactic acid test strips are available on site. Note: sanitizer strips expire June/2022
- 3-compartment sink available with drain plugs
- Ice machine kept in good sanitary condition
- All food protected from potential contamination
- All food stored at least 6 inches off the floor and covered
- No signs of pests during time of inspection
- FOODSAFE Level 1 trained staff available on site
- Operating permit posted in conspicuous location

*REMINDER: ensure wiping cloths are submerged and soaked in sanitizer solution in the sanitizer pails
