Inspection report: 262343 Hand delivered the outstanding permit fee letter ( mailing address is their head office ) the site address is missing unit #10 Met with Donna, site Manager - all staff holds a FS level 1 - daily temp logs are up to date when facility is in use - hours of operation are: 3x / week/serving total of 18 people/serving community meals lunches or diners - no changes on the food menu - quat used as approved sanitizer ( measured at 200ppm - test strips are available at 2 compartment sink MAIL: H/W 2 and comp signs - high temp dishwasher
