Corrective Action(s): Discard aformentioned items. Ensure potentially hazardous foods being stored on the prep cooler are covered and are at least 4C or lower internally.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Chlorine sanitizer spray bottles were measured at 0ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Make new chlorine solution spray bottles to be measured at 100-200ppm. Clean and sanitize all food contact surfaces with newly prepared chlorine solution. Ensure that new chlorine-based sanitizer are made at least weekly to ensure proper sanitizing concentration.

Routine Inspection conducted today.
COVID-19 compliance conducted. COVID-19 Safety Plan onsite and posted. Mask policy in place. Physical distancing decals in place. Sanitizer available for customer use. Plexiglass barrier in place at front till. NOTE: Revise COVID-19 Safety Plan to include safety measures implimented and to indicate maximum occupancy. Erect signage at front door to advise people who display COVID-19 symptoms to not enter. Erect sanitizing signs and have hand sanitizer accessible at ATM machines.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
3-compartment sink sanitizing at 100 ppm chlorine solution.
Prep cooler, Stand-up cooler, ice cream freezer, and chest freezer met temperature health requirements.
Exhaust hood in sanitary condition.
No signs of pests observed.
Overall, facility is well organized and maintained.

Ensure that at least one person with FoodSafe level 1 is present on-site at all times.
