Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed several cooking utensils on prep tables and on shelves with food debris on them
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to wash and sanitize prior to re-using them. Operator moved all utensils to the three compartment sink at the time of inspection. Ensure to follow proper manual ware washing procedures for adequate sanitization.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Operator washed hands in between different tasks but not as frequently and did not use soap
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to wash hands after each different tasks and use soap and warm water.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed paneer left at room temperature, partially uncovered from its original wrap on prep table. All foods must be kept at 4 C or lower (unless being used to cook) and kept protected from all sources of contamination
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to transfer the paneer to a clean container and keep them in a cooler at 4 C or lower when not in use. Operator transferred the product into a cooler at the time of inspection

Observation: Several areas needed organizing and cleaning.
1. Areas around the oven accumulated with grease and food debris
2. In between equpment and prep tables are not clean
3. Shelves underneath centre preparation table is not clean
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to clean and sanitize the area noted above. Ensure to use thoroughly scrub and sanitize with bleach sanitizer

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed open tin can of food kept in a cooler. Once opened, all canned foods must be transferred to food grade container for storage.
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to transfer the food to a clean container and discard the tin can immediately. Operator transferred all foods from the can to a clean container and discarded the can at the time of inspection
