Routine Inspection: - Hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towel available at all hand wash stations - 3 compartment sink available; 200ppm QUATS available in sanitizer compartment - 200ppm quats available in spray bottles, also available in sanitizer pail - High temperature dishwasher reached 71C at plate surface - Walk in, ice cream serving, and pint freezer were -18C or lower - Temperature logs maintained by staff daily - Dipper wells in good working condition - No pest activity was observed during inspection - General sanitation and cleanliness was adequate Please contact the health officer if you have any questions or concerns
