306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: Grease accumulation observed on sides of equipment located under ventilation/exhause hood - Also underneath. Area under dishwasher showed grease along walls and debris along edges of floor Plastic film dispensers were not cleaned - debris on outside and inside of dispenser. Saran wrap is in food contact surface and therefore requires diligent washing and sanitizing of hits container/lid Corrective Action(s): Clean these areas and increase the frequency of cleaning for these areas to ensure that grease/debris does not build up. It is a fire hazard concern as well as pest attractment. The plastic dispenser must be cleaned and sanitized immediately and routinely cleaned until the new dispenser arrives.

Reminder to ensure that all handles/door knobs/drawers handles etc. Should be cleaned routinely as people frequently touch them and can cause cross-contamination Stand up freezer had debris on base shelf. This was cleaned during inspection
