Observation: Rodent droppings were observed on floors behind dry storage bins (Deli) and under storage shelves/pallets in the back storage/warehouse area. Professional pest control company contracted.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have all droppings removed on a daily basis. Have affected area sanitized.

Observation: 1. Food debris observed on floors under storage shelves/pallets in the back storage/warehouse area.
2. Back entrance door by the produce area missing a door sweep. As per Manager, the door has been replaced recently and a new door sweep is to be installed.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have floors cleaned. Keep the floors free of food debris. Ensure to have the door sweep installed and contact the health inspector to notify.

Routine inspection conducted for Deli and Store:

- Handwashing stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating at/below 4'C; Freezers operating at -18'C.
- Temperature monitoring system in place.
- Hot-holdings operating above 60'C.
- 200ppm Quats available in labelled spray bottles/buckets throughout. Automated dispenser at correct concentration.
- Low temperature achieved minimum chlorine level of 50ppm at plate level after final rinse.
- Ice machine satisfactory. Scoop stored in proper manner.
- Food products stored in pest proof containers and 6 inch off the floor.
- Professional pest control company contracted. Traps in place.

General sanitation level satisfactory throughout, except mentioned above.
