Bleach bottles and sanitizer spray bottle were found empty. Corrective Action(s): Ensure that all equipment/food contact surfaces/utensils are washed then sanitized with an approved food grade sanitizer. The operator stated that they will buy bleach bottle today. TO BE CORRECTED BY - Immediately Violation Score: 5

Staff stated that they are out of paper towels. Correction: Ensure that all hand wash station have adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. TO BE CORRECTED BY - Immediately

A follow-up inspection conducted to routine inspection (report #TGIL-C5ES69) and the following observations were made: - Hand wash station was stocked with paper towels and had adequate supply of hot and cold running water and liquid soap. - No sanitizer solution on site - See violation above. NOTE- A follow-up inspection will be conducted to ensure compliance.
