Observation: **Repeat** Heavy build up of grease on range hood filters. Operator contracted cleaning company; company should be cleaning every two weeks, but missed a week. Operator called company to have someone in tonight for cleaning.
Corrective Action(s): As cleaning is contracted out, recommended to have staff or manager to check on filters every 2 weeks.
