Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] (One of the two kitchen handwashing stations hot water tap was broken. Operator has called a plumber to service the handwash station.)
Comments

-Follow-up inspection to June 27, 2016.
-Hot potentially hazardous foods appear to be cooled properly - internal temperature of sauces were less than 4C.
-Chemical dishwasher had a final rinse of 50ppm chlorine sanitizer on the dish surface (minimum 50ppm required for sanitizing).
-Did not observe staff drying equipment of utensils on the floor at the time of inspection. Staff will be air drying equipment and utensils on a bus cart.
-Handwash station has been repaired - ensure staff always wash their hands in the designated handwashing stations. Staff are to wash their hands whenever they become contaminated.
-Foods were properly stored. Raw food were stored below and separately from ready-to-eat foods.
-Chemicals were properly labelled at the time of inspection - ensure containers are relabelled once labels fall off.
-Staff carried out cleaning at the time of inspection. Ensure facility is maintained in a clean and sanitary condition at all times to prevent potential pest attraction.
*Knives are not to be stored between prep tables - areas cannot be properly cleaned and sanitized on a regular basis.
