Follow-up inspection conducted:

During the routine inspection conducted on August 12, 2019, operator had provided the following information to the health inspector:
- Operator and the staff who was on site at that time were to take the Foodsafe Level 1 course on Saturday, August 17, 2019 and let the health inspector know.
- Operator will make sure to tell all staff not to sell any pizza slices. The display case is not to be used. A warmer is to be obtained.

However, all violations mentioned during the routine inspection are still not in compliance at/by this time. CORRECTION ORDER issued to the owner and signed by the staff on site at this time. Failure to comply with this order will result in issuance of Violation Tickets - each violation, plus for not complying with this Order.

Facility is not allowed to sell pizza slices until approved by the health inspector. Make a decision and contact the health inspector.
1) If to follow time tracking system, a plan must be submitted to and approved by the health inspector first. The following information must be recorded and kept on site for record - time each was placed in the display case, time it should be removed (after 2 hours).
2) If to obtain a warmer as mentioned by the owner during the routine inspection, the unit should be operating above 60'C, a thermometer should be in place to check the temperature, and it must be approved by the health inspector prior to using it.

Follow-up inspection will be conducted to ensure compliance. Please contact the health inspector for any questions or clarifications.
