Routine inspection conducted:

-Handwash stations adequately supplied throughout.
-Refrigeration temperatures within requirement.
-No issues observed from recent records.
-Good food storage practices observed throughout. Dry storage room satisfactory.
-Ventilation hood canopy serviced/maintained.
-High temperature dishwasher achieved 74.3'C at the plate level after final rinse.
-200ppm QUAT available in buckets to hold wiping cloths. Dispenser at correct concentration.
-Good employee hygiene. Cooking tools/equipment maintained in sanitary condition throughout.
-Professional pest control company contracted. Traps in place. No evidence of pest activity observed at this time.
-Ice machine maintained in sanitary condition. Scoop stored in a separate container, but along with other tools as well. Ensure to store scoop only in this container for proper fit/protection.
-General sanitation of the facility good.

NOTE: Nozzle for handwash station by the left side of stove requires attention. Pressure okay at this time but may decrease overtime if left unfixed.
