Follow-up Inspection Conducted (Refer to routine inspection report #SDHI-CMLSNS) Observations: - General sanitation of premise has improved. Floors in service area and kitchen have been degreased and sanitized. Floors are not slippery. - Hand washing station at front service area is supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel - Rodent droppings have been cleaned up - Pest control company is contracted to complete monthly inspections - All food observed covered and stored at least 6 inches off the floor - Wire shelves in back storage area have been replaced to promote easy cleaning of floors - FOODSAFE Level 1 trained operator is available on site during inspection Notes: - Operator to submit pest reports for the next 3 months to the health inspector for review Please contact the health inspector for any questions or concerns.
