Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): One sanitizing spray bottle was measured with a concentration of 50 ppm Quats. 200-400 ppm is required to properly sanitize food contact surfaces.
Corrective Action(s): Discard and refill the bottle with 200 ppm Quats sanitizer.
