Routine inspection conducted.

Findings:
- General sanitation of the facility was satisfactory.
- Temperature of front freezer at -14.7C
- Front cooler at 2.9C
- Back freezer at -17.8C
- All handwash sink (x2) had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200ppm bleach solution recorded in 3 compartment dishwashing sink.
- Food was stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
- Food storage and handling practices were satisfactory.
- Staff has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate (Exp Dec 21, 2027)
- Permit posted at the front.
- No signs of pest activity observed.
