-Follow-up inspection to March 27, 2024. -Bleach was available on-site and bleach sanitizer pails and sink were at 100ppm. -Handwash stations were accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. -Hot holding of rice was greater than 60C. -Operator has contacted the City of Surrey and Business Licence has been increased to a capacity of 21. Facility is still limited to Single Service Utensils only based on warewashing requirements. -Operator stated a fire inspection was conducted 2 weeks ago and provided a contact number for the facility. Contacted the City of Surrey Fire Services regarding facility. Facility is currently listed as a store and a fire inspection was not conducted for a restaurant. City of Surrey Fire Services may have additional requirements for the facility - ensure to comply with the City of Surrey Fire Services requirements. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns. -Signature not required.
