Follow up inspection to report DSOG-AP6V3U
- New prep cooler was installed at the time of the inspection. The cooler was measured at 4C. You must use this cooler to store all cold potentially hazardous food items. Do not store any cold food items inside non functioning coolers. Temperature log template was given to the operator. You must begin a temperature log starting today for all coolers and freezers.
- All cold potentially hazardous food items now at < or = 4C.
- Handwashing station must be installed in three months. Use the one of the two compartments of the main sink as designated handwashing station as a temporary solution.
- You must also remove the exposed wooden base board above the high temperature dishwasher.
- Closure order rescinded at the time of the inspection.
