Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed bleach surface sanitizer in spray bottle registering at 0ppm when tested.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that bleach surface sanitizer is made fresh regularly and at a minimum concentration of 100ppm for proper sanitation of surfaces. Operator made new solution during inspection and now at >100ppm.

No pest issues noted during inspection.
General maintenance and sanitation is good.
Floorplan slightly altered - pizza prep station/cooler moved to front display area. Ensure to notify Environmental Health Officer prior to changes to floor plan.
