Follow up to routine health inspection report # MBEK-C4GTLK.
Hand sinks (kitchen and bar areas) observed to be unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) sanitizer available at 200 ppm quats in labeled spray bottles.*
Line cooler noted on previous report has been serviced. Technician on site multiple times, defrost cycles adjusted. Cooler measured 6 to 7 degrees C at time of inspection. Food items on ice. It was stated that cooler is to be re-serviced as it is not currently maintaining food items at 4 degrees C or less. Reminder: Small quantities of food permitted during rush hours, to be stored on ice.
