Observation: Layout of facility noted different than submitted floor plan. Bigger oven being installed and different refrigeration units were noted at the facility.
Corrective Action(s): Operator to submit an updated floor plan to the area EHO (email provided). Whever there is a change to the facility (layout, addition or removal of equipment), you must contact Fraser Health for approval prior to making any changes.

Routine inspection conducted today:
Handwash stations, including washroom, accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All refrigeration units were at ≤ 4C.
Freezer unit was at ≤ -18C.
150 ppm QUAT detected in the spray bottle (contact your chemical representative and have them readjust the QUAT concentration at the dispenser as the amount detected was at the lower end of the acceptable concentration).
Drain plugs available for the 3-compartment sink for manual warewashing.
No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection.
Overall organization and sanitation noted satisfactory.
Operator was onsite at the time of inspection - FOODSAFE level 1 still relevant.
