Comments

-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Front line coolers were at 4C.
-Back chest freezer was at -25C.
-Front upright freezer was at -16C.
-Facility is currently making cooked chicken to order rather than hot holding cooked chicken.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 2-compartment sink. Bleach and sink plugs available.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottle labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-Meat grinder cleaned and sanitized every hours.
-Meat cutting table sanitized every 2 hours.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Manager has completed FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent training (valid until January 30, 2025).
