Observation: Minor ants activites observed at the back dry storage area.
Corrective Action(s): Operator stated pest control operator will be setting up traps and baits for the ant.

Observation: Soap dispenser for the hand washing station located beside the stand-up cooler was broken. A bottle of pump-style hand soap was used in the meantime. This is a repeated violation.
Corrective Action(s): Fix the soap dispenser to ensure hand soap can be dispensed in a sanitary manner. Correct by: Oct 11, 2019.

Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation: 1. Broken liquid hand soap dispenser at the hand washing station near the stand-up cooler.
2. Paper dispenser at the hand washing station near the exhaust canopy was jammed. Staff tried to pull the paper out but unable to fix the jam.
Correction: 1. Fix the liquid hand soap dispenser so liquid soap can be dispensed in a sanitary manner. In the meantime, use a pump-style liquid hand soap bottle. Correct by: today.
2. Fix the jammed paper dipsneser so paper can be dispensed at this hand washing statino properly. Correct by: today.

Follow-up inspection:
- Sanitizing pails located at the kitchen and front area measured with 100 ppm bleach sanitizer.
- Jammed paper towel dispenser had been fixed.
- Reusable clothes not used to cover food items.
- Food stored in opened can not observed.
- Thawing of food not observed at the time of inspection.
- Garlic in oil stored under room temperature at the self-serving counter. Staff stated the garlic is discarded and refilled every 2 hours. This action must be strictly performed to prevent possible growth of Clostridium Botulinum.
- Discussed with the operator over the phone regarding the FOODSAFE requirement.
