Routine inspection conducted at the food facility and the following observations were made during the inspection:

Temperature:
- All refrigeration units met the regulatory requirements.
- Temperature of coolers noted at 4C or less.
- Freezers were maintained at -18C or less.

Hygiene and Sanitizing:
- Hand wash station in the kitchen and front service area was adequately stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels.
- Sanitizer spray bottle available in the kitchen and front area. The concentration of bleach noted at 200ppm.
- Low temperature mechanical dishwasher available and chlorine was dispensed at a concentration of 50ppm.
- Bleach is used as a sanitizer for dishwashing in 3-compartment sink.
- Washroom maintained in good sanitary condition with supply of hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single-use paper towels.
- No build-up of grease/dirt observed on the vents. The next service for vents due in September, 2021.
- One of the cutting board (green) had cuts and is wearing out. Food residues can build-up in these cuts and cleaning would be difficult.
** Consider replacing it with a new cutting board.

Storage:
- All food items were stored at least 6" off the floor.
- Storage area was well-organized.
- Chemicals and cleaners were stored separate from food preparation areas.

Pest Management:
- No visible signs of pest activity observed at the time of inspection.
- Screen door was installed in the back and was closed at the time of inspection.

Administrative:
- Operating permit was posted in a conspicuous location.
- Operator has valid FoodSafe Level 1 certificate.

Overall, the facility is well operated and maintained.
