- Handwashing station fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, paper towels. - All coolers 4C or below - All freezers -18C or below - Hot holding units 60C or greater - QUAT sanitizer in bucket and at dispenser measure 200ppm - Three compartment sink available for manual dishwashing - No signs of pests - Staff has valid FOODSAFE certificates - Temperature is logged twice a day Note: - Staff stated that they periodically turn off sandwich cooler for 15-30mins due to accumulation of frost at the inserts. >>>This is a very dangerous practice. Summer weather is here and temperature can rise very fast. >>>Product turnover in this cooler is very high.
