Corrective Action(s): Raw chicken is NOT to be stored above the pails and vegetables ever, even with trays underneath. If this violation is noted again, an ORDER and/or a violation ticket will be issued.

-200ppm Bleach is on-site. Replace the spray bottle with a clean, unused bottle. Do not use the old 'febreeze' bottle.
-A probe thermometer has been purchased. Temperature logs are being maintained.
-Prep cooler temeperature was 3 degC
