Followup inspection Rpt # VCHN- CHRS6P: Walk in cooler ambient air temperature 3-4 degrees C. Operator's accurate indicating thermometer reading ~39-40 degrees F. Reminder to monitor and record temperatures of all coolers and freezers. Have records available for review at all times. Operator given a copy of a temperature monitoring log sheet. Low temperature dishwasher in good working order. 50ppm chlorine detected during the final rinse cycle. Reminder to use test strips to verify the chlorine rinse concentration during the rinse cycle.
