Vigilant effort is being made to keep pests at bay. Pest control services are being provided weekly, or more frequently as needed. Ensure that night cleaners are doing full sweeps of high traffic areas (back stock area, bakery, pet food and bulk) to check for food debris and droppings. All coolers (dairy, product) were measured at 4C or colder Freezers were measured at -18C or colder. Overall sanitation is adequate.
