Owner used stainless steel board to seal the baseboard beneath the sushi bar sink and fridge where droppings were observed last inspection.
A sticky trap has been placed under the sushi bar and there has been no apparent signs of pest noted at time of inspection.
Directed owner to move the sticky trap against the wall.
Owner also used stainless steel board on the kitchen wall in the back.
*professional pest control company may be requested if there is activity in the future.
Deep cleaning has been done and he understands that deep cleaning needs to happen once a month.
Teriyaki sauce is kept at 60C - please place a lid/cover on this.
100ppm bleach sanitizer is measured in the sanitizing sink.
Main sushi chef has just passed Foodsafe Level 1; female kitchen staff works 2 days of the week so the main kitchen staff shall be taking Foodsafe instead.
