Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Lactic acid sanitizer was measured with a concentration of 170 ppm from pails and dispenser. It was observed the stock chemical bottle for the dispenser was empty.
Corrective Action(s): Staff switch to a new stock chemical bottle for lactic acid and 704 ppm was measured from the solution. Refill all pails and spray bottles and sanitize all food contact surfaces again.
