Follow up inspection conducted. Corrective actions completed: - Additional pest control service (crack and crevice treatment) was completed for cockroaches with additional insect monitoring boards placed. Copy of service report was provided to EHO by Manager for review. Note: One cockroach was observed in glue board at time of inspection. - Pest control service has been increased to twice monthly. - Thorough cleaning of kitchen was completed. Improvement in sanitation has been noted. Manager reported premises is being deep cleaned weekly. Ongoing action required: - Continue to maintain regular pest control service for monitoring and control/elimination of cockroach activity. Follow all recommendations of pest control technician regarding maintenance and sanitation. Submit next pest control service report to EHO. - Continue to maintain a high level of sanitation to eliminate food sources and harbourage areas for pests. - Ensure foods are protected from contamination at all times.
