-One handsink by the cashier area
-One sink by the fwd preparation area
-Two-compartment sink for dishwashing
-High-temperature dishwasher was measured at 71°C at the dish level
-QUAT sanitizer was measured at 200ppm.

*Please ensure all the fridge doors are fully closed to ensure cooler temperature of 4°C or below.
*Please notify the environmental health officer when new menu items are available.
