- The ice machine is now maintained in clean and sanitary condition. Ensure that it is cleaned and sanitized on regular cleaning schedule. - The glasswasher in bar area is now working. Glasswasher dispensed 50ppm chlorine residual on the dish surface during final rinse cycle. Check concentration using chlorine test strips everyday.
