- Refrigeration equipment in front service area, perimeter display coolers, and condiment station all hold below 4 degrees Celsius; walk in cooler condenser has no leaks
- Freezer equipment in front, center and side ice cream freezers, and back standing freezer all hold below -18 degrees Celsius
- Hot holding units hold above 60 degrees Celsius; reminded staff to close sliding door on hot holding unit when not in use
- Temperature logs maintained
- 200ppm quats sanitizer solution available in 3-compartment sink in back, and in spray bottle up front
- Store Leader has FoodSafe Level 1 (Meenakshi); certificate presented upon request
- Operating permit validation posted on front wall
- No signs of pest activity throughout store; no food spillage and all foods stored off of floor
- Overall cleanliness is satisfactory; to-go containers stored upside down
