Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1 handwash sink in the back was not supplied with paper towels. Dispenser was found empty. Staff restocked the paper towel dispenser at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Please ensure that all handwash sink are accessible to staff at all times and equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.

Routine inspection conducted.

Findings:
- General sanitation of the facility was satisfactory.
- Temperature of prep coolers, undercounter cooler, walk in cooler & stand up coolers recorded at or below 4C
- Walk in freezer and undercounter freezers at or below -18C
- Hot potentially hazardous food stored at or above 60C
- Handwash sinks had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.

- 200ppm QUATS solution recorded in sanitizer pail.
- High temp mechanical dishwasher reached 74.3C on dish level during rinse cycle.
- 3 compartment dishwashing sink used for manual dishwashing. 200ppm QUATS recorded in 3rd sink.
- Ventilation hood and ice machine maintained in good sanitary condition.
- Food storage practices were satisfactory.
- Staff has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate (Exp Jan, 2028))
- Permit posted at the front.
- No signs of pest activity observed.
