Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Creamers for coffee in cooler are 11 Celsius. These are marked as requiring refridgeration. Move to working frige and repair fridge.
2) Whole eggs are left out at room temperature without time tracking. (Staff indicate that proper procedure is to use a timer.) Internal temperature 15.4 Celsius. Also employee was going to put eggs back in fridge rather than discarding. Ensure that staff are following all approved food safety plans. PHFs that are left out at room temp for two hours must be discarded rather than placed back into refridgeration.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Ice Machine in back area has visible pink and black mold growth on the interior. Do not use ice from this machine until it is emptied, cleaned and sanitized, and rinsed.

302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Large buckets with sanitizer for cleaning cloths have no detectable sanitizer (chlorine.) No detectable sanitizer on many of the cloths used in front of house and cooking line. Spray sanitizer is not always used when cleaning as cloths are presumed to have sanitizer on them. Recommend storing cleaning cloths between uses in a container of approved food-grade sanitizer. Cloths must have deetectable sanitizer on them when cleaning countertops, etc.
2) Spray sanitizer is a new product which may (?) not be approved in FHA. (To be discussed with EHO for for McDonald's head office. Spray sanitizer is peroxide-based, and appears to be non-food grade. It is being used for trays, tables and countertops, outsides of food equipment, etc.

Observation: Quite a few fruit flies noted around front hand sink area. Fruit flies are normally associated with poor sanitation, although this area appears fairly clean. The following are recommended; Call a pest control professional and have them treat any floor drains in the area. 2) Pull out all equipment in this area and perform a thorough cleaning. 3) The grouting around the tiles under the hand sink and surrounding area is badly eroded. This can cause accumulation of moisture and food debris that is difficult to clean. Re-grout. See also #305.

All fridges except the one noted were <4 Celsius.
Overall premise is clean and organized.
Sanitizer at dish sink was 200 ppm quats.
No sign of rodents.
Hand sinks are stocked and working.
Hot holding was >60 Celsius.
