Observation: Some general cleaning required.
Corrective Action(s): -The exhaust hood was last due for servicing in November, 2017. It's over due for servicing. This was also coded on the previous inspection report! Get the hood serviced before Sept. 30, 2018.
-There's some cereal that has spilt on the dry storage shelving in the back. Clean it up.
