Comments

- All handwash stations had soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water.
- All coolers 4C or less(walk in, prep cooler, milk cooler...etc)
- All freezers -18C or less
- All hot holding 60C or higher (soup, potatoes...etc)
- All stored foods appeared protected (ie. off the ground, covered..etc).
- Lights in food preparation areas had covers/sleeves.
- Ice machine appeared clean with the scoop for the ice stored outside of the ice in a separate container.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
- No obvious signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection. Screen in place over open back door at time of inspection.
- Chlorine sanitizer 100ppm in container.
- High temperature dishwasher achieved 71C (with thermolabel).
- Operator has recertified foodsafe
* Operator has added one chest freezer unit in a storage room downstairs to store commercially packaged breads only. Ensure storage room is maintained in a sanitary manner/condition. Only prepackaged non potentially hazardous foods permitted to be stored in the enclosed chest freezer. Should extra food storage (ie. storage racks, cooler units...etc) be added in the future, formal floor plan approval will be required.
