-Seating has increase to >50 seats (55 seats total)-->future invoices will be set at the higher fee category (ie. $250 per fiscal year).
-Operator completed application form and refund request form for operating permit
-Please ensure to provide payment for new permit in the sum of $104.17 for the remainder of the fiscal year (November 2018-March 31, 2019)
-Approved to re-open for business, subject to receipt of payment

- Hand-washing basins are stocked with hot/cold water, soap, and single-use towels
- Refrigeration temperatures are ≤4o Celsius
