Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two cans of food observed dented (one can of healthy choice old fashioned noodle soup and one can of green giant corn niblets). Operator took the cans off the sales shelf and placed them in the return bin to be returned to the supplier.
Corrective Action(s): All cans should be checked upon receiving for any dents and imperfections to prevent microbial growth/entry and/or toxin production and to prevent food borne illness. Any dented cans should be returned to the supplier and/or discarded and should not be sold.
