Routine inspection conducted

Observations:
- Temperature of coolers recorded at or below 4C
- Temperature of freezers found satisfactory
- Hot holding units recorded above 60C
- Temperature logs maintained and kept up to date.
- Handwash station had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- Sanitizer spray bottle available and the concentration of bleach recorded at 200ppm.
- 3 compartment warewashing sink available for manual dishwashing. Drain plugs and sanitizer bottle onsite.
- Food storage practices were found satisfactory.
- Food containers were properly covered.
- General sanitation of the facility was satisfactory.
- No signs of pest activity observed at the time of inspection.
- Staff has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate. Expiry date verified.
- Permit was posted at the front.
