Observation: 1. Mouse droppings noted in the table/ cabinetry unit holding the cutting boards and condiments.
2. Debris noted on the wall and floor below the pizza pan shelving.
Corrective Action(s): 1. As per operator, this was a previous issue now resolved. Clean, sweep and sanitize all areas noted with the mouse droppings and monitor the area for potential pest return. All cutting boards stored in this cabinetry unit must be cleaned and sanitized prior to use. The open bag of sugar should be portioned into pest proof container to avoid pest contamination if pest activity still exist.

Routine inspection conducted today:
Handwash stations, including washrooms, accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel/ hand dryer (washrooms).
All refrigeration units were at 4C or below.
All freezer units were at -18C or below.
Food noted stored protected and off the floor.
Correct dispensers noted in used, with handles not in contact with bulk food.
200 PPM chlorine residual detected in the sanitizer spray bottle.
High temperature dish machine was noted at 71.3C at the plate level during the rinse cycle.
Drain plugs available for the 3-compartment sink.
Meat slicer and fume hood noted in a sanitary condition.
Manager's FOODSAFE level 1 still valid and he was onsite at the time of inspection (exp. Sep 30, 2026).
