-Sanitation of store aisles, produce and storage areas were satisfactory. -Handsink in produce area supplied with liquid soap and paper towel -Quats sanitizer present in produce area -Dairy cooler was at 3C -Produce cooler was at 4C -Display coolers were 4C or colder -Display freezer were functioning. -Pest Control contract in place with weekly service. Pest Control reports shown at the time of the inspection. *Some minor damage noted on wall at entrance to produce prep area. Wall will require repair so that it is maintained in a smooth, impervious and washable condition. As this is a entrance is high use area, recommend extending stainless steel protector higher on the wall.
