At this inspection, no contraventions were identified.
As part of this Routine Inspection, a Facility Risk Assessment Tool was completed.
The following was discussed:
· Playground supervision practices
· Washroom privacy
· Process for ensuring staff to child ratios if staff are late or absent
The information contained in the report was discussed with the Manager. Due to technical difficulties, the report and risk assessment were written off-site. Licensing advised that copies of the report and risk assessment would be emailed to the facility.
