- Low temperature dishwasher measure 50ppm chlorine at final rinse
- QUAT sanitizer in spray bottles measure 200ppm and 400ppm
- Ice machine not used to make ice, bagged ice is bought and stored in the machine.
- Ventilation hood is well maintained.
