Observation: 1. dirty pots and pans stored on food (onion, potatoes) in back storage area
**Corrected during inspection** dirty equipment removed; stored in back area to cool prior to cleaning. Remember to clean after equipment is cooled and do not store overnight as this can be an attractant to pests

2. single use bowls used as scoops
**Corrected during inspection** single use equipment discarded at time of inspection. Obtain proper scoops with handles and store outside of ingredient container.

3. ice build up observed in various chest freezers (1 in kitchen, 1 in back storage (near washrooms)) to the point where lid can no longer be closed

5. knives stored in crack between shelving and wall beside walk-in cooler
