All coolers are operating at 4 or bellow. Freezers are at min -18C Daily temperature logs are available for all cold storages "Sani staff" - premixed quats used and measured at 200ppm. Pest control company ( Bag Man ) is available on site and provide services as needed. All PHF is stored off the floor. Confirmed ownership stile same.
