Routine inspection conducted today: Handwash stations, including staff washroom, were accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. All refrigeration units were at 4C or below. All freezer units were at -18C or below. Food stored protected and off the floor. Single-use utensils were stored in a dipper well with running water. Drain plugs available for the 3-compartment sink for manual warewashing. 400 PPM QUAT detected on the wall mounted sanitizer dispenser. Wheatgrass served at facility. Cutting noted well above the soil level. Noted in good condition. No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection. General sanitation and organization excellent.
